Still having issues with installing Cubase Pro 15.10 trial version "Redeem Code" stays blank"

Appears that I’ve missed an important step
See the attempts below
and sign into your MySteinberg account first (the link on that page will automatically direct you to MySteinberg). Here, a license is generated for a trial version which is registered to your account. Afterwards
I’ve tries all the above.
Mainly “Redeem Code” stays blank"
See the attempts below

I’ve followed all steps in the “Steinberg Activation Manager: No license found”
“Please verify, if you have installed the product version matching your license.”

Is “licence” the same as “Redeem Code”? “Redeem Code” stays blank", after many attempts.

I can see the trial license for Cubase Pro 15 is present in your account.

Did you install Cubase Pro 15 already? If not, open Steinberg Download Assistant and find the Cubase 15 section, then install from there.

If you installed it already, what happens when you launch Cubase Pro 15?

Thanks for the quick response.
Yes Cubase Pro 15.10 trial has been re-installed several times over many days.

And the trial license is present.

As mentioned above, Download Assistant says no “license”.

“Redeem Code”, is unhelpfully blank. Is Code a license?

TI notices this topic has had several other customers with the same issue.

As a coder myself, may I respectively make a helpful suggestion for the coding team?

Alternative “Redeem Code” messages (where applicable)

e.g.,

“you have license”

“check Activation Manager”

etc

This would save churning through many links

This issue is solved!!

Thank you, Tom
