Still laggy stereo panners since 9.5.20

Even with the 9.5 30 update the panners in Cubase Pro are laggy at first touch.

This laggy issue was introduced in 9.5.20

Compare 9.5.10 with 9.5.20

Yes, this is reported to Steinberg already. It was reported after Cubase 9.5.30 release, so it cannot be fixed in Cubase 9.5.30.
