I have been accepted for the competitive crossgrade on the 29th of September. but still not had the follow up email with the redeem download access code and have emailed steinberg multiple times with no response from them to continue with the purchase with cubase pro 12 , I am very keen to get this resolved asap, has anyone else had the same issue?
