Still not possible to resize plugins in W10?

I can´t believe it but it is still not possible to resize scaleable VST2 and VST3 plugins, even in Wavelab 10?

Could someone please make a test and try to resize Fabfilter Q2 or Q3? It´s not possible to resize it with the handle in the lower right corner like in Cubase.

This menu from FabFilter Pro EQ 3 allows to resize the plugin.

Yes, I know but this is not custom resizing the way it works anywhere else outside Wavelab.
