Still not working - "Well for me it isn't"

After around 9 months of many failed attempts I’m still unable to open STEINBERG DOWNLOAD ASSISTANT. Thought I’d give it another try and update Cubase to the new shiny 12.0.60. Sadly the all too familiar spinning wheel appeared - segue “not responding” making yet another appearance in the Force Quit Application.

I’ve emailed on several occasions Steinberg Support, their responses have all been pretty useless.

Steinberg Activation Manager & Steinberg Library Manager all load and run perfectly.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Mac Platform OS Ventura V 13.2.1 (22D68)- 3.3 GHz Intel Core i5 - 40 gig of ram.

You do have the latest Steinberg Download Assistant?

If you already have this one installed, something is rotten in the state of Denmark …
