Still unable to purchase Dorico 2

Getting frustrated now. Placed order as soon as released and got a message saying it needed to be processed manually.

No response at all. Emailed asknet support, no response. No idea whether it is being processed or not. Don’t want to place order again and get charged twice.

All a bit poor tbh.

The price on the website says it include VAT. What about people purchasing from other parts of the world?
