Can’t get answer from stinberg request support form after messaging 5 times (in 17 days period).
Anyone encounter the same issue ?

Unfortunately your experience is fairly normal for Steinberg. Even if you do get a reply it’s likely the won’t actually solve or explain your issue.
Can I suggest you post your issue in these forums and hopefully somebody may help.
