Hello, my church just got the TF5 last month and the Nuendo live 2 USB dongle was just stolen 3 days ago alongside the laptop that we use for multitracking. And I just discovered that I was supposed to register the licenser on my account but now that I didn’t register it how can I retrieve my license?
You should call Steinberg. Explain to them what happened and have any emails and other docs that show you as the owner ready.
