Stop 2nd view into file from jumping at start of playback

I have two views into a file open. I want to stop the 2nd view from scrolling / jumping when I hit “P” to start playback. I deselected Preferences->Play->Follow playhead, but that didn’t seem to work. I also deselected the two “bring selection into view” option in General->View, but that didn’t work either.

Each window has a “Follow playhead” toggle at the bottom right - if you deselect it, the window won’t scroll.
