Strange behavior for faders and knobs

Hello guys, Gianni here.
I’m a new Cubase user but at the first look of my trial version of cubase 11 (it’s running on a Osx Mojave) I’ve noticed a strange behavior for faders and knobs: with just one click they return to reset position (without any keyboard key pressed). The fun thing is that if I press my key command they works great, without any problem. I don’t want to press “command” everytime I need to move a faders or knobs!!!
It seems like the key “command” is inverted.
Yeah, the other DAWs with the command key works fine.
Any help?

I would try to restart the computer in this case.

Could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?

Thanks for the advice Martin but it doesn’t work.
I’ve noticed that if I try to use the same Cubase but with a different user of my iMac everything works fine. How is it possible?

Probably preferences.
You can try to delete the preferences folder and let Cubase recreate it.

This, is, why did I ask for the Safe Start Mode, to test this (fresh preferences) 2 days ago. :wink:

Btw, Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Cubase X
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Cubase X_64
