strange behavior when loading plugin preset from C9.5 to C10.20

I opened A project i made in the past with C9.5 on my new 10.20 version and discovered the stock Chopper Plugin does not load the correct Preset I originally had.

I have just noticed this happens with other stock plugins like the MonoDelay
This issue turns out to be a serious problem IMPOV
