Strange behavior with tracks heights in Project window

Hi, I have some strange behavior with the tracks heights in the Project window. When I select a particular track, its height becomes smaller, but when I select another track, the previous track’s height becomes larger.
Could somebody explain to me how to fix it? Thank you!

Hi,

You can set to Zoom to Selected Track. It’s in the preferences or in the Edit (???) menu. Disable the option, please.
