Any idea why this space to the right of the repeat barline is happening? The repeat barline is an “End / Start Repeat” because the section following it also has a start repeat. Setting a spacing offset to 1/8 or -1/8 helps but does not fully correct the problem. I want the barline to be at the end of the system.
Upload the file to get a sensible answer, but the position of the barline looks suspicious.

I was about to post the same thing. I can replicate the problem and this fixes it. I think it’s a bug.

It looks like. The problem also disappears when you disable condensing.
What version of Dorico are you running? I’ve had a very similar issue recently but I also recall that it got fixed in an update.

I’d say 6.2.20, since this is the one I’m running and I got no disclaimer when opening the file.
This option was introduced in 6.2, I just checked. So, it’s possibly a small bug related to it…?
