strange spacing issue with BarRepeats

I had this strange spacing issue on a guitar part, that never happened before - and I didn’t touch engraving for that part yet.

So I thought I could fix that with some system breaks and also checked if there was some (magical) manual spacing done:

That didn’t help a lot.
Did anynone here experience similar behaviour?
Removing the BarRepeat region didn’t help either.

Looks like you removed some rests. Check the note before the bar repeats. Do you have it set to “Ends Voice”? Or the note after the Repeats to “Starts Voice”?

exactly that was the case.
I would have never thought of that…
Now I just had to fiddle a bit to make the rest disapear again, but it worked out.
