since .60 undo skips a lot of steps and can’t be redone as well. For example each seperate selection step is getting combined in an undo operation after cutting to another layer so the whole cut gets undone but no further single step of a multiselection to redo the cut except the last selection. Anyone else?

sorry, I have stayed on 11.0.4 build 395 where I am still experiencing mostly joy 
it gets even more unpredictable. After unmixing, merging up a layer results in a rename of all layers and it adds up in an unexpected loudness boost. I don’t know why that is and I’m wondering, if I am the only one having those problems suddenly with 11.0.60. … Osx Sonoma, MBP M1 Max
I use 11.0.60, Sonoma and M1 Max (MacStudio) and I don’t have the problems you present.
What if you deinstall, wing the preferences and make a ’clean’ reinstall? Perhaps that would help…?
so I did reinstall completely and it persisted. In fact it got more and more weird in its undo behavior. What finally solved it, was to reset every single page in the settings getting rid of all previous custom settings incl my own keycommands and so on. grrrr … but now undo at least behaves as expected again…
