Stretch items ??

Is it possible to stretch items in Cubase like the way Alex shows it in FL Studio in the example of a Run for Woodwinds (~19:58) ??

Hi,

Logical Editor: Standard Set 1 > Double Tempo preset. Here you can set the factor.

You can’t do it visually (with any GUI tool only) as he did it.
