Can anyone tell me what the string articulation is named that features in the intro to this song?

Sounds like ‘Marcato’ to me? But could also be interpreted as ‘Portato’ depending on the library.

Its very much a synth on the track but its imitating a Staccato string on the shorter hits and as previous poster said you could probably call the brightness of the attack overall Marcato
