Stuck Scanning VST3 Plugins on loading and can't submit support ticket

Hi,

After a Windows update, and an update to some Wave plugins Cubase 10.5 is getting stuck scanning VST3 on loading. I’ve waited a LONG time, there is no activity.

I’ve tried to submit a support ticket too but that’s just looping back to the home page:

My Steinberg -> Request Support -> Select support request/Product -> Goes back to homepage (although shows https://www.steinberg.net/en/home.html#newRequest in the address bar)

Any ideas what might be causing this?

I have the same issue. I’m trying to re-activate after a new OS hard drive, but the ‘Support Ticket’ link just goes to the homepage.
