Styles don't load. Help please!

Hi! I hope that someone can help me because I’m totally confused. My problem: There are many styles that refuse to load.

For example:

I have Absolute 4. I load the Acoustic Agent “Init Vintage Kit”. Then I open the “Load Panel” to the right and select “Styles”. There I select “Acoustic Agent The Songwriter’s”. I can then double click on any of the styles but they refuse to load. The same thing happens with many of my other kits and styles.

Am I misunderstanding something or is there something wrong with my configuration?
If anyone can shed a light on this I’d be very grateful!

I’ll explain further:

I load an Acoustic Agent preset (with patterns) into a slot. I then try to play the style “All The Time” from the expansion pack “Beat Essentials” in the prelisten section by doubleclicking it (no Prelisten Section appears). Nothing happens.

Is this because it’s not compatible with GA5? On the product page for Beat Essentials it says:

“Beat Essentials is an expansion pack for Groove Agent 4 and Groove Agent SE 4 Acoustic Agent.”

GA5 should be backwards compatible right?

Still confused.
