I would like to point out again that our small team would like to have an alphanumeric order of the projects in the hub. The order is completely messed up. We look crooked every time.
Here is the order:
20132-235
20132-433
20132-881
20132-761
20132-451
20132-840
20132-712
20132-685
… and so forth
What kind of order is that? How can you still find something with 50 projects?
It appears everything is sorted by date from most recent, whether you like it or not. I agree that there should be an option to sort by, at least, date or name columns as desired.
I’m generally not a big fan of proprietary file- list handlers when the Microsoft one works perfectly well, and can be called anywhere.
Thanks - the list is actually sorted by most recent date.
But if you process customer orders in the order they were received, the OLDEST date must be at the top.
And if you digitize several thousand analogue recordings from a federal archive into several sub-projects, you would expect alphanumeric sorting.
That’s 10 minutes of programming work.
Don’t forget, some people (usually new users) don’t even want the Hub to exist. I think it is a great addition but it would be nice to be able to turn off Internet content, temporarily so as to not create network spikes.
But you can. There’s a setting in Preferences to enable / disable content on the hub.
Thanks for that, information however they are deleted each day so a simple checkbox would be best, in addition to a Preference.
