Here’s a suggestion -
On the Go To Page (or Go To Measure) it would be nice to have an option to have Dorico automatically select the left barline at the destination so it is ready to play using “play from selection”.
A more complicated request would be FInale’s old “play from the left most measure on the screen”. I can see where that would be pretty difficult to implement, where the first one seems pretty simple.
