I’ve got a MOTU UltraLite AVB. It works fine with Cubase 14 and Live on my M2 MacBook Pro. I cannot get it to monitor input through a track and output to the speakers. Seems so basic, but nothing I’ve tried works.
My objective is to play guitar and use VST live as the container for hosting amp sims like Line 6 Helix.
Would use STACKS (I personally use GLOBAL STACKS), you fill then everything into the signal chain, you need.
Need to assign Inputs/Outputs under DEVICES/CONNECTIONS/AUDIO tab. That part is something like an universal connector. There the hardware connectors at the right column, and there are the VSTLive internally created “software I/O” ports. That will be more understandeable if I say you e.g. use different audio-devices.
