Hi. I recently did a clean install of OSX 10.8.2 and installed Cubase 6 and the 6.5.4 update. Now, when running in 32 bit, all my plugins (newly installed as well) show up. However, in 64 bit mode, I lose Quantum Leap Spaces and Toontrack Superior Drummer 2. These have been installed just after Cubase, and both are completely up to date and run in 64 bit mode. They just don’t show up, but work completely fine in 32. Anyone think this could be a Cubase issue? Thanks for your help.
You have to go to the Plugin Manager and direct it to the correct paths for both of these plugins. I know that SD2 installs the 32 bit and 64 bit versions in different directories. As far as QL Spaces, did you make sure to install both the 32 and 64 bit versions? I’m not at my DAW right now, otherwise I could give you their exact location since I own both of these plugins.
