I want to transfer some products to someone and deactivated the licenses, both online and in the Activation Manager. The next day they were activated again. I turned them off again and hope to hear from someone at Steinberg for the support ticket I created about a transfer.
If you just deactivate a product it will automatically be activated again when you start it. That is the defaul setting in the Activation Manager.
If you want to resell, or transfer, your license to someone else you need to use the resale wizard.
Now the products stay unactivated. And I have used the Resale Wizard, which says that I should mail support for new activation codes, which I haven’t received…
I guess you have opened a support ticket, all you can do now is wait for the answer.
