Support email?

Hi,

I sent a support email My Steinberg on March 21st. No reply. I assume this is not normal.

Should I send another one or another course of action?

The ticket relates to installing 6.5 on my new Macbook. I won’t get into it too much here, as I previously contacted them about this Cubase / Mac issue and they gave me some pointers but they haven’t worked out - I was hoping a quick Teamviewer session might sort it out more efficiently perhaps.
