Support for licence

Some years ago I bought the German Harpsichord 1728 VST. Now I cannot see any evidence of this in my Products page and I don’t see how to licence this. There appears to be no way to contact support - the web pages suggest to post here. Contacting Australian support is infinitely more difficult than getting blood out of stones - Its Yamaha and the know nothing, and hardly ever respond.

What do do? It’s quite expensive to just buy again.

@Andro, they suggested to ask about this on the Dorico forum?

Maybe try the Steinberg VST forum?

Believe it or not, the Steinberg web page says this!

The Contact Support page suggests visiting the Steinberg forums, not the Dorico forum specifically. Since the Harpsichord 1738 is a Steinberg VST, I think you should try the forum section specifically for VSTs.

Is it this, @Andro ?

If so, it looks as though your best option maybe (on) this page.

Or one of these two?

Good luck!

Was it before the new Steinber Licensing kicked in? I bought the Harpsichord originally on the eLC licenser, and it got converted to Steinberg Licensing somehow. I can’t remember if I had to do anything.

Have a look at this:

Can you please provide a link to that?

I had the same problem with Harpsichord 1738 and other libraries. The new Halion 7.5 fixes this. I recommend downloading and installing it. Also, the library contents are still available in the “all” icon most likely. They were on all my “missing” libraries.
