Support for REX file export and ACIDized wav, Apple Loops

I want you to be able to export audio sliced with Nuendo, Cubase in REX file format, and import ACIDized wav and Apple Loops.

REX is a technology of Reason Studios. AFAIK they only license REX file import. Creating/export is only supported by Recycle or Reason.
