Hello. What is your experience with the Steinberg/Dorico support teams?
I entered a request at 11/26 and even got a ticket# ((ticket ID# 669747) , but then nothing. So I entered the request at another support group on 12/5 of which I presumed the issue was more appropriate and even didn’t get a ticket#.
I see that a “similar topic” got response after posting it here, so my expectations are high.
This forum is the best place to contact the developers of Dorico directly, and their support is second to none.
