Support request response - Is 3 weeks normal?

I posted a support request just over 3 weeks ago. I got a reply and a ticket ID number but then … silence…
What sort of response time is normal nowadays…?
Just getting a little frustrated now,

I think it’s correct to say ‘it’s not unusual’…it’s worth bumping it via MySteinberg in my opinion.

Unfortunately yes … it’s the same problem … However I’ve got a better explanation of the problem now than before with some screenshots.
I’m just wondering whether its worth posting again in the HAlion section again… I don’t want to be waiting for weeks on end to solve this…
