I messaged Steinberg via the Support ticket 3 weeks ago but I’ve had nothing back. I want to use the free trial of Cubase but the licensor is preventing me from using it. I’ve downloaded updated versions but still no luck.

Is it the USB eLicenser? That is what is required to trial Pro or Artist.
Yes it appears so. So to use a trial I need to buy a USB licensor then?
That was perhaps a stupid question. I Assume you don’t need a physical USB for this… But yes what I have installed is the USB eLicensor.
