Suppport ticket situation - ticket closed automatically because Steinberg does not care [Solved]

I opened two times a support ticket asking about topics of license transfers to the new licensing scheme.
Both times the tickets were closed automatically after some time because nobody at Steinberg cared about the ticket - and the mail mentioned I could just open a new ticket, which is kind of stupid because most likely it will not be handled by Steinberg, too.
Has anybody else observed this? What is the best way to get the questions answered?

Thanks. But a day after I wrote it here and re-opened the ticket again I was contacted and my questions were answered, so I am happy now :slight_smile:
