Suppressing text labels, but not brackets, for player groups

I"m trying to represent a player group as a bracket with no text label, on every page. I’ve been told that this is standard engraving practice today.

I’ve tried every possible combination of Layout and Engraving and Setup options that I can think of or that are descreibed in the manual. But the only options I see are to display a bracket WITH text label, a text label alone, or neither.

Am I missing something?

Again, I’ve followed all the standard instructions I can find in the manual.

Add’l information:
This player group consists of four keyboards. I can’t use an “instrument change” option for a single player because, at least right now, the four parts overlap.

It’s a little hacky, but if you set the player group name to an underscore, and then set this option in Engraving Options > Staff Labels > Player Group Labels:

You can get something like this:

You may need to change the font size for the Player Group Labels paragraph style or the Line Thickness setting of the bracket (in the screenshot above) to get the lines to be the same width.

Someone else may have a better idea!

But I’ll see you & raise you one. Using your general idea, I simply changed the COLOR of the paragraph style to white. Now the label is invisible.

But then the bracket isn’t joined, right? There’s a gap in the middle. If that works for you, then great!

It’s changing the colour to white, combined with this setting in Engraving options>Staff labels>Player Group Labels:
