Does anyone know of a way to stop/suppress/hide the slashes created with Write > Create Slash Region in a guitar tablature stave? I couldn’t find anything in any of the options (not for want of trying!).
No, you can’t. Unfortunately, at least not yet.
I’ve long clamored for greater control over what exactly is displayed in the tab staff… 
My workaround for now is to create a second guitar player, and set that to TAB only, with the original set to notation only. Then you can copy content down to your heart’s content…
You can then even use staff visibility or cutaways to have fine-grained control over the appearance of TAB staves!

Thanks for confirming Benji. That’s a shame. This seems something of an oversight. A simple checkbox in the Players > Fretted Instruments would do it. Still, there’s a billion other things they’re working on …
