Surround Mixing in Cubase 6

Hi,

First off I don’t have a plugin for surround mixing in my software? I’ve seen a surround mixing plugin online in 5, is there not supposed to be one in 6?

Has anybody managed to hook up a joystick to use as a panner controlling the plugin I don’t have?
