SWA Complete Cubase 7 - How do you get it?

I’m trying to view or download the training videos on this page: https://www.steinberg.net/en/products/accessories/steinberg_certified_video_tutorials/swa_complete_cubase_7.html
but I see no info on how to either view or purchase it. Is it free to licensed users? I’m looking for some sort of purchase link on the page. I’ve installed Adobe Air then it says, “To complete the video tutorial installation, a download of approximately 700 MB is required.” But I see no download link for further instructions.

Can someone please fill me in on what’s up with this? Is it free? How do I get the videos?
