Switch tracks by midi

I try to play several instruments one after the other.
I would like to switch the enabled track by using a midi controller without using the mouse
is there a command in generic remote which do that or any other way

Hi and welcome,

Commands > Navigate > Up (or Down) is the one, if the focus is in the Project window, on the track list. If the event is selected, it will select the event above.

Commands > Navigate > Left (or Right) is the one, if the focus is in the MixConsole.

Or if you want to jump to the dedicated track, you can use Mixer > The Channel Name > Selected.
