if I’m using something like waves omni channel or an arturia synth to name a couple(although it happens elsewhere with other plugins), sometimes when I switch presets, there is a high pitched 'beep" almost like an old fashioned windows system sound, followed by permanent latency of at least 10 ms.
going into device settings and hitting 'reset" on the audio driver fixes it, but this should not be happening.
anyone experience this? any help?
