Symphonic Choirs can work reasonably well for simple hymn arrangements like this but Hollywood Choirs is arguably easier to use and more powerful for more dramatic choral arrangements. Both are frequently on sale though it seems that EastWest have discontinued the Gold (single microphone) versions of the software which were often available for not very much. I myself tend to use HC for sacred music and SC for fairy tales and similar more intimate works or where the excellent boys choir or separate soprano/alto tenor/bass are needed.
