Sync problem System Clock locked in Cubase 7

Word clock sending 96K and SYNCCHECK shows Word Clock Sync
CLOCK MODE AutoSync
Pref.Sync Ref Word Clock
System Clock MODE Slave, Freq 48kHz

How do I change the System Clock to 96kHz?

Cubase needs to be the master to set word clock.
Otherwise, the master has to set the clock.
