I go inside the control panel of the devices and printers section. My sound card is not listed at all

Generally speaking, you’d be better off asking at the sound card manufacturer’s website for support questions for their products, but…
Have you installed the latest drivers? Seems like they haven’t been updated for quite a few years, though.
