I have a few instances of this, when system-items are showing up on all staves.
I refresh usually fixes this, but anyway, it’s a little unsettling to see this happen from time to time as it easily could go into print.
It’s a known but infrequent issue. I think if you switch to Print, you’ll see that the extra items disappear.
