System text moves when inserting bars

I’m working on a christmas medley for my string quartet. Every new tune has a double barline and a System text item with the name of the tune. After having created the first version I wanted to add some more tunes in the middle, so I made the arrangement of the tune in a separate flow first and copied it in the place where I wanted it. But now all the following System texts are in the wrong place - they stay at the same bar number instead of following the music. How can I prevent that?

Have you considered the Split Flow command to divide your existing flow into segments for each song? One can set the pause between flows to zero to make them continuous, the only drawback needing manual intervention being notes that might be tied between flows.

I guess I could do that. But I imagine that there should be a way to insert a number of bars in a flow and have everything - including texts - move forward by the same amount of bars. I’m probably just doing it the wrong way….

How are you doing it? Can you post an example?

(System texts move for me without problem)

Here is an example. The system text was created by selecting the A in the first violin and pressing Alt-Shift-X.

Now I select all of my arrangement of White Christmas in a different flow with Ctrl-A, copy it with Ctrl-C, activate insert mode, select the barline between bars 139 and 140 and press Ctrl-V. This is what I get:

Not only the System Text but also the key change, tempo change and the meter change stay in bar 141 but the notes are moved ahead.

Try using the system track to select everything instead.
