The system track in the Write pane is sometimes above the staff, but when it is on top of a staff it is difficult to select notes. I can turn it off completely from the menu bar VIEW/SYSTEM TRACK. Is there a way to move one line when it interferes with the lower staff on the system above?
Either work in Galley View, or Turn off the System Track with Alt T.
(TBH, I never use it. It’s easy enough to select stuff without it – unless perhaps you’re working on a massive orchestral score. But even then…)
