Tablature capo feature not working correctly

I did create a feature request for this:

Capo function in Score Editor produces mismatched tab and score notation

In the discussion below, an issue was raised where in some instances people expect the application of the Capo to transpose the notation/score of a piece, and others expected it to not transpose and be used to just enable more comfortable fingering to be displayed in the guitar tab notation. Could we please get a check box next to the Capo function in the Score Settings > Staff > Tablature dialogue box to enable transposing if desired, and to be non-transposing if not checked? Thanks.
