Tabs at the top of a Chord Track missing

This might sound like a really stupid but when I add a Chord Track and then add a note I get the following window:

I seem to be missing the two tabs at the top that say Editor and Chord Assistant like the picture below:


How do I get these tabs up?

Hi James,

there is no Chord Assistant in Cubase Artist.

This is Cubase 7 Elements. Does that have the same restriction as Artist?
