I wanted to add a small table of contents to a music collection using a page template.
The titles should be left aligned and the page numbers at tab stops so they line up on the right.
As long as the cursor is active in the text frame it looks fine.
But when the cursor exits the text frame the numbers at the tab positions change position. Am I missing something here?

Modify the text so there is only one tab character between each title and the corresponding page number. Then select the border of the text frame and set the Right tab stop property:

It took me a while to realize the options were in the Properties Panel rather than a right-click context menu.
Live and learn.
Looked in properties panel first. I admit that I have overlooked items in the properties panel because when things are not turned on the items are greyed out and don’t jump out at you.
