Take number to be transmitted to midi device

Hello!
Suppose I have a strange question: though I have a pretty big display sometimes it is hard to see the take number when the zoom is out. Is it possible to make Cubase send take number info via Generic Remote? I’d like to make a midi device with a screen that shows take number. That’s not a problem but the problem is I can’t find any info about the take number being sent somewhere.

Hi,

Do you mean the selected Lane? Unfortunately this info is not passed over the Mackie Control Protocol.

Or do you mean the info on the event itself? This is not passed over too. Only Channels info is sent to MC.
