I was wondering, can you use a Talkbox as an external effect with the MR816?
My synths are all VSTi and I’d like to run certain parts through a Talkbox effect and re-record the signal coming through the hose with a mic. As the Talkbox is actually an 8 ohm passive speaker (at least the version by Heil is) will this be a problem with the MR816 regarding the impedance of the outputs? Or would an active Talkbox like the Rocktron Banshee work better?
Any thoughts about this?
