Tap a tempo map?

Is it possible to make a tempo map by tapping to a recorded track.

So suppose a guitarist plays a song and their tempo changes. I’d love to be able to tap 2 keys to the recording to make a tempo map. Is this possible?

Hi,

You can record MIDI notes (by “taping” to your MIDI keyboard, or you can use Onscreen keyboard) and then you can use the Tempo Detection function. Or you can use the Tempo Detection function directly from the Audio Event.

The Tempo Tap function creates just a static value.

Hi,

Today you can drag and drop the MIDI Part to the Tempo track, which will make the Tempo Map out of the MIDI Notes.
