I’ve got a TASCAM US-1800 16x4 96k/24-bit USB 2.0 Audio/MIDI Interface and my Cubase Artist 6 doesn’t pick it up on three machines.
Any suggestions?? 
Correct driver installed for your operating system (which is … )?
Interface powered on before launching Cubase?
Are you saying the TASCAM driver does not show up as an option in the Cubase Device Setup?
